Обязанности
- 01Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies
- 02Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
- 03Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
- 04Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
- 05Bring an operator mindset to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
- 06Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals
- 07Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches
Требования
- 015–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
- 02A mix of agency and in-house experience would be ideal
- 03Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
- 04Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- 05Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
- 06Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
- 07A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
- 08Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
- 09Passion for music and creative technology is a plus
