Обязанности
- 01Architect and build enterprise-grade integrations using the Workato ONE platform
- 02Design, develop, and maintain deep API integrations across enterprise application stack (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- 03Leverage AI-powered automation within Workato to improve efficiency and predictive process optimization
- 04Establish reusable integration architecture patterns, frameworks, and governance standards
- 05Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, lead discovery sessions, assess ROI, and translate needs into scalable solutions
- 06Lead integration initiatives end-to-end, from concept through deployment, including sprint execution and technical reviews
- 07Provide senior-level escalation support, ensuring reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response for critical integrations
Требования
- 017+ years of experience as an API Developer or Integration Engineer in enterprise environments
- 023+ years of production experience with Workato, preferably Workato ONE
- 03Deep expertise building and operating complex Workato recipes, including error handling, monitoring, batch processing, custom connectors, SDK development, and API collections
- 04Proven experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms across domains such as HCM, ERP, CRM, finance, or similar
- 05Expert knowledge of enterprise integration best practices, EAI/SOA patterns, and iPaaS architectures
- 06Proficiency with RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SOAP, RBAC, and API security best practices
- 07Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira/JSM, Confluence, and CI/CD workflows
- 08Strong understanding of HR data models, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and secure handling of sensitive PII
- 09Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and intelligent automation
