- 01Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions with autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors
- 02Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform
- 03Create intelligent, autonomous AI workflows utilizing multi-agent collaboration and orchestration
- 04Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging Workato connectors, workflows, and recipes
- 05Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs and agents
- 06Act as a technical solutions expert, troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures and scalable RAG pipelines
- 07Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making and dynamic retrieval mechanisms
- 08Monitor and improve AI system performance to ensure efficiency and reliability
- 09Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG solutions
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks
- 11Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing
- 12Participate in all phases of product development, from ideation to implementation
- 13Assist product manager in creating technical and design specifications
- 14Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical audiences
Требования
- 01BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field
- 024+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation of AI solutions
- 03At least 1 year of experience with Workato platform
- 04Proven experience in AI engineering focusing on agent-based systems
- 05Experience designing and implementing scalable AI-driven workflows
- 06Knowledge of integration projects and automation technologies
- 07Hands‑on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs and databases
- 08Strong working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs
- 09Solid understanding of JSON data structures
- 10Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- 11Programming experience in Java, Python or Ruby
- 12Familiarity with cloud technologies, iPaaS, SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure
- 13Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft (optional)
- 14Knowledge of microservices, API‑based integration architecture, event‑driven architecture, BPM or RPA (optional)
- 15Experience with cloud business applications like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Marketo (optional)
