  • 01Develop and execute an international partnership strategy, including market sizing and prioritization of partner segments
  • 02Identify, engage, and onboard high‑caliber technology and agency partners aligned with target markets
  • 03Implement tactics to generate partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue, scaling partnerships as an extension of sales and GTM teams
  • 04Collaborate with Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with GTM and product initiatives
  • 05Act as executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence
  • 06Build and mentor a high‑performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and fostering a culture of accountability

Требования

  • 0115+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within Martech or e‑commerce
  • 02Proven track record of navigating complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scaling partner ecosystems
  • 03Experience scaling partnerships in the enterprise market segment
  • 04Strong strategic thinking and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
  • 05Exceptional executive presence, communication and negotiation skills
  • 06Demonstrated leadership in building and leading teams with mentorship and coaching focus
