Senior Manager, Product Operations (Remote Eligible)

- 01Lead, develop, and grow a team of Product Operations Managers across varying levels
- 02Design and own the product operating model: planning cycles, goals frameworks, launch process, and team rhythms
- 03Partner with Directors and VPs to surface operational insights that inform investment and prioritization decisions
- 04Set tooling strategy for product ops — drive adoption of systems (including Smartsheet) that create accountability and visibility
- 05Define role standards, hiring bars, and development paths for the Product Ops function
- 06Embed AI-augmented workflows into how the team operates; model a builder mindset
- 07Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, GTM, and finance
Требования
- 018+ years in product operations, strategy & ops, or program management
- 02At least 2–3 years in people management
- 03Deep experience designing operational systems that scale across a product org
- 04Strong executive communication: you can present operational complexity at the VP and CPO level without losing the nuance
- 05Track record of building and developing high-performing ops teams
- 06Data-driven and outcome-oriented — you connect operational decisions to business metrics
- 07Experience influencing without authority across multiple functions and org levels

- 12US Base Salary Pay Range $170,000 — $230,000 USD
