  • 01Lead and scale co-marketing programs across strategic technology and channel partners
  • 02Own the co-marketing strategy and execution roadmap for a portfolio of partners
  • 03Design and execute integrated partner marketing programs across events, digital, content syndication, and demand generation
  • 04Establish scalable operating models, playbooks, and execution frameworks for partner marketing
  • 05Develop and manage partner marketing events strategy, including third-party sponsorships and co-branded virtual programs
  • 06Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets with clear ROI objectives
  • 07Build reporting cadences and dashboards to track performance and make data-driven investment decisions
  • 08Drive alignment between partner marketing activity and broader demand generation programs
  • 09Operate as the primary partner marketing manager for AMS to marketing leaders
  • 10Navigate complex negotiations and preserve strategic partnerships while driving Smartsheet's agenda
  • 11Collaborate closely with regional Field Marketing, Demand Generation, PMM, and Partner Sales
  • 12Serve as an internal subject matter expert on partner marketing
  • 13Own and manage the AMS partner marketing budget for assigned programs
  • 14Develop and modify cost plans with accountability for financial outcomes

Требования

  • 0110+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 02Substantial tenure in partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing at a senior level
  • 03Demonstrated ability to design and lead complex, multi-channel co-marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact at scale
  • 04Deep knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem
  • 05Hands-on experience marketing with or through hyperscalers (Google, Microsoft, AWS) and/or AI/data platform partners strongly preferred
  • 06Strong strategic thinking and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • 07Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and developing solutions where there is no established playbook
  • 08Proven ability to persuade, influence, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • 09Budget ownership experience with accountability for ROI
  • 10Strong analytical skills and ability to connect program activity to revenue outcomes
  • 11Deep familiarity with demand generation, ABM, and field marketing principles
  • 12Experience operating in close partnership with sales
  • 13Exceptional communication skills
  • 14Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
