  • 01Execute the end-to-end movement of containers and air freight to destination port or warehouse
  • 02Ensure data integrity is maintained at the highest standard and minimize delays with urgency and bias to action
  • 03Serve as part of frontline groups to maintain Flexport quality standards: shipments on time and exceptions handled appropriately
  • 04Act as the first point of escalation for issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution for optimal customer experience
  • 05Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities and deliver strong performance, focusing on data quality and shipment milestone timeliness
  • 06Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet internal KPIs and SLAs aligned with productivity goals
  • 07Analyze data to root-cause defects and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • 08Coordinate shipment delivery appointments and perform reporting functions to support client business needs

Требования

  • 01Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
  • 02Excellent customer service skills with ability to empathize and prioritize needs of a diverse customer base
  • 03Ability to troubleshoot and handle challenging customer issues, de-escalating or escalating until resolved
  • 04Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • 05Strong attention to detail in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • 06Ability to work flexible hours, including variable shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
