Senior Product Manager, Growth

  • 01Define and own the strategy and roadmap for product-led, self-serve growth across key lifecycle stages, including trials, purchase, expansion, and renewals
  • 02Research customer needs, business goals, market dynamics, and product usage data to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize investments
  • 03Own delivery end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and measurement
  • 04Partner deeply with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Technology, and other GTM teams to align on goals, requirements, and execution
  • 05Work closely with engineering and design to build intuitive, scalable self-serve experiences that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value
  • 06Integrate experimentation into the product development process, developing and running A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue
  • 07Define and track success metrics for self-serve and product-led growth initiatives, using data to evaluate impact and guide trade-offs
  • 08Contribute to the evolution of Growth Product Management at Samsara, sharing best practices and helping scale effective growth processes
  • 09Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles — Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team

Требования

  • 01Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 026+ years of experience in customer-facing product management
  • 03Proven ability to independently synthesize customer insights, data, and business needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap
  • 04Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end to ship products or features
  • 05Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • 06Strong product instincts and a keen eye for best-in-class user experiences, with the ability to simplify complex workflows
  • 07Solid analytical skills and comfort working with product and business metrics
  • 08Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly influence stakeholders and executives
  • 09Bias toward action and comfort operating hands-on in ambiguous problem spaces
  • 10Experience in growth, product-led growth (PLG), or self-serve product management in B2B SaaS
  • 11Experience owning or optimizing trial, purchase, or renewal experiences
  • 12Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to improve product and business outcomes
  • 13Familiarity with B2B sales motions and how self-serve and sales-assisted experiences work together
  • 14MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or business field

  • 02Annual Base Salary $130,602.50 — $219,500 USD
