Mid-Market Account Executive - Public Sector

- 01Develop Executive-Level relationships within your territory
- 02Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- 03Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
- 04Strategically outbound prospect
- 05Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
- 06Bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and delivering sensor data benefits
- 07Conduct POCs, manage multiple stakeholders, and perform multi-faceted pricing negotiations
- 08Sell to executives and CXOs
Требования
- 01Minimum of 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- 02Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments (preferably within Public Sector - Local Gov, K-12, High Education)
- 03Strong track record of overachieving quota
- 04Experience with cold calling, generating outreach, and building relationships
- 05Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology
- 06Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings
- 07Awards for top achievement (President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
- 08Experience public speaking in front of executive level personas
- 09Passion for closing large, complex deals

- 02Travel required up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings
- 03Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $152,000 - $190,000 USD
