Mid-Market Account Executive - Public Sector

  • 01Develop Executive-Level relationships within your territory
  • 02Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
  • 03Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
  • 04Strategically outbound prospect
  • 05Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
  • 06Bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and delivering sensor data benefits
  • 07Conduct POCs, manage multiple stakeholders, and perform multi-faceted pricing negotiations
  • 08Sell to executives and CXOs

Требования

  • 01Minimum of 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • 02Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments (preferably within Public Sector - Local Gov, K-12, High Education)
  • 03Strong track record of overachieving quota
  • 04Experience with cold calling, generating outreach, and building relationships
  • 05Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology
  • 06Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings
  • 07Awards for top achievement (President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
  • 08Experience public speaking in front of executive level personas
  • 09Passion for closing large, complex deals

  • 03Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $152,000 - $190,000 USD
