Mid-Market Account Executive - Public Sector

Требования

  • 01Minimum 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • 02Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments, preferably public sector (local government, K‑12, higher education)
  • 03Strong track record of overachievement to quota
  • 04Experience with cold calling, generating outreach and building relationships
  • 05Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and accurate forecasting methodology
  • 06Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings
  • 07Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Top 10%)
  • 08Public speaking experience in front of executive-level personas
  • 09Passion for closing large, complex deals

  • 02Annual on‑target earnings (OTE) $152,000 – $190,000 USD
  • 03Base salary plus performance‑based bonus/variable pay and equity
