Mid-Market Account Executive - Public Sector

- 01Develop executive-level relationships within the territory
- 02Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- 03Demonstrate solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
- 04Strategically outbound prospect
- 05Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally
Требования
- 01Minimum 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- 02Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments, preferably public sector (local government, K‑12, higher education)
- 03Strong track record of overachievement to quota
- 04Experience with cold calling, generating outreach and building relationships
- 05Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and accurate forecasting methodology
- 06Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings
- 07Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Top 10%)
- 08Public speaking experience in front of executive-level personas
- 09Passion for closing large, complex deals

- 01Fully remote role, based anywhere in the United States
- 02Annual on‑target earnings (OTE) $152,000 – $190,000 USD
- 03Base salary plus performance‑based bonus/variable pay and equity
