Technical Support Engineer (Saturday - Wednesday)

  • 01Communicating efficiently and effectively with customers using our product and outbound phone calls
  • 02Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
  • 03Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Fin works and its capabilities
  • 04Ensuring customers have a great experience with the product by making it easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast
  • 05Working directly with product teams to identify issues and synthesize customer feedback to propose solutions
  • 06Debugging complex issues using understanding of our codebase and customers' technologies
  • 07Building tools to increase team efficiency and effectiveness using technical knowledge
  • 08Influencing Fin product direction through daily customer communication and collaboration with product teams
  • 09Helping customers integrate Fin into their products, diagnosing and reporting problems, acting as bridge between customers and product teams

Требования

  • 011-2 years of technical support experience
  • 02Engineering or web development experience
  • 03Understanding of web development basics (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • 04Experience with Git, Ruby, Rails, APIs
  • 05Understanding of REST API, SDKs, and Webhooks
  • 06Solid understanding of tech fundamentals and modern tools (Slack, Chrome, Coda, Asana, etc.)
  • 07Strong customer focus and enjoyment of helping customers
  • 08Strong communication skills

Условия

  • 01Hybrid schedule: expected to work from office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week
  • 02Option to work full-time from office if preferred
