  • 01Set long-term technical strategy for the Adoption Group along with other engineering leaders
  • 02Design, scope, and implement novel product experiences and scalable systems focused on user activation and adoption
  • 03Plan and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams
  • 04Foster an engineering culture of high velocity, innovation, and business impact
  • 05Strengthen experience as a cross functional engineering leader
  • 06Drive complex projects, ensure high quality and high velocity execution, set technical direction, mentor other tech leads, and partner with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders

Условия

  • 01Based in San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; option to work from home Wednesdays; Friday remote depends on work type and teams)
  • 02Estimated base salary range: $248,000 - $307,500
  • 03Compensation package may include equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits
