- 01Set long-term technical strategy for the Adoption Group along with other engineering leaders
- 02Design, scope, and implement novel product experiences and scalable systems focused on user activation and adoption
- 03Plan and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams
- 04Foster an engineering culture of high velocity, innovation, and business impact
- 05Strengthen experience as a cross functional engineering leader
- 06Drive complex projects, ensure high quality and high velocity execution, set technical direction, mentor other tech leads, and partner with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders

- 02Experience leading large cross-team projects
- 03Ability to onboard quickly onto various systems and support cross-functional work
- 04Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- 05Track record of mentoring and growing other engineers
Условия
- 01Based in San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; option to work from home Wednesdays; Friday remote depends on work type and teams)
- 02Estimated base salary range: $248,000 - $307,500
- 03Compensation package may include equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits
