Обязанности
- 01Procure, maintain, and administer computers, networking equipment, and office technology
- 02Manage and optimize corporate software systems
- 03Oversee and enhance the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure
- 04Deploy and enforce robust security policies and procedures
- 05Provision and manage user accounts and permissions
- 06Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
- 07Lead IT projects focused on endpoint management, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements
- 08Deliver technical support and training on IT systems to staff (in-person and remotely)
Требования
- 014+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
- 02Strong proficiency in macOS & GSuite environments
- 03Strong troubleshooting skills (MDM, Okta, Networking)
- 04Extensive experience with Okta and automation (Okta Workflows, bash/python is a bonus)
- 05Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including firewalls, encryption, and antivirus solutions
- 06Proven track record in managing IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations
- 07Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
