Sr. IT Endpoint Engineer

- 01Own and evolve IT automation platform as subject matter expert
- 02Lead and maintain Mobile Security program, MDM configuration, and policy enforcement
- 03Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions across onboarding/offboarding and security compliance workflows
- 04Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering
- 05Support M&A technical integrations using automation skills
- 06Document solutions, train, and mentor junior engineers
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in IT systems engineering and automation
- 02Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-system automation projects
- 03Strong automation mindset with ability to architect scalable automated solutions
- 04Ability to operate with minimal guidance and take ownership of ambiguous projects
- 05Experience with enterprise IT automation platforms (Tines preferred)
- 06Experience building integrations between identity, endpoint, ticketing, and security platforms
- 07Experience designing automation for IT processes: onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, license management
- 08Expertise with Jamf MDM platforms for managing macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android devices
- 09Experience with zero-touch provisioning, device imaging, configuration management
- 10Working knowledge of IAM platforms (Okta preferred) including SSO, SCIM provisioning, group rules
- 11Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- 12Effective coaching and training skills for peers
- 13Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

- 01Pay Range: $143,400 - $197,100 USD
