Обязанности
- 01Build Vanta's Professional Services function from the ground up, including delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure
- 02Develop scalable service packages for different customer segments (enterprise, mid-market)
- 03Create a repeatable, measurable service motion supporting onboarding, implementation, and enablement across the customer lifecycle
- 04Design and launch innovative service offerings aligned with Vanta's product roadmap
- 05Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing services team with career frameworks and enablement programs
- 06Serve as executive escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements
- 07Own and grow Professional Services revenue line, including scoping, SOW negotiation, and services bookings
- 08Implement tools, dashboards, and QA processes to track and improve professional services metrics
- 09Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel & Alliances for seamless presales-to-post-sales handoffs
- 10Build and lead a partner services program as a strategic bridge with Vanta's ecosystem
- 11Develop partner-aligned service offerings and enablement resources
- 12Design structured handoff processes for transitioning customers to partner-led engagements
Требования
- 0110+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software and/or AI company
- 02Proven experience building PS organizations from scratch
- 03Track record of owning services revenue, including scoping, pricing, and selling professional services engagements
- 04AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools to drive productivity and delivery quality
- 05Strong operational skills: process building, tool implementation, and data-driven decision-making
- 06Executive presence with ability to navigate complex enterprise customer relationships
- 07Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- 08Familiarity with key compliance and security platforms (AWS, Okta, Azure/EntraID, GCP, Jira)
- 09Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- 10Commitment to protecting Vanta and customer data
