  • 01Own the technical relationship with our commercial prospects/customers
  • 02Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
  • 03Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritise functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
  • 04Support customers thought their trial process with Vanta
  • 05Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for our customers
  • 06Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • 07Creatively identify and help drive new programs to improve the pre to post-sales transition

Требования

  • 01Must be able to work in our London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • 02Have 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent title
  • 03Have previous B2B SaaS experience
  • 04Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture
  • 05Have strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment that lacks structure of a larger organisation
  • 06Be creative, technical, and naturally persuasive
  • 07Be detail-oriented and organised
  • 08Love listening to customers, discussing strategy with colleagues, but also diving into the weeds
  • 09Have general knowledge with a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, and JavaScript) and a desire to expand those skills
  • 10Be familiar with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
  • 11Ideally have prior experience in the cybersecurity space
