Senior Engineering Manager, Privacy & Data Security

Обязанности
- 01Drive significant impact for our customers and business by leading teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably
- 02Build a best-in-class engineering team. Coach, mentor and create an environment where your team can do their best work and deliver for the business.
- 03Set direction and guide technical strategy, ensuring that your team is delivering long-term value aligned with Vanta’s business priorities
- 04Work closely with Vanta’s customers and customer-facing teammates to build and ship high-value products and infrastructure
- 05Play an integral role in laying the foundation for Vanta’s engineering culture
- 06Partner with product management, design, and go-to-market to develop products and bring them to a wider audience
- 07Support and expand our engineering organization in Europe and foster a collaborative culture and environment with other teams across the globe
Требования
- 01Have four or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role
- 02Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
- 03Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
- 04Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- 05Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
- 06Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
