Senior Fullstack Engineer, Emerging Products

Обязанности
- 01Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate our roadmap and land impact faster
- 02Collaborate with other teams and engineers across Vanta on cross-cutting engineering initiatives or on building common product primitives
- 03Mentor engineers up to your own level; assigning them tasks and helping them develop their skills over the course of each project
- 04Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
- 05Build emerging products and contribute to efforts to build features used across our Product Platform
- 06Build resilient backend systems in our product platform that integrate seamlessly with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Ironclad, and Metronome
- 07Tackle complex distributed systems challenges to establish Vanta's entitlement source of truth, enable customer purchasing and trial experiences, and manage usage-based billing
- 08Build the core systems that power Vanta’s purchasing, trial, and renewal experiences for existing clients
- 09Develop the platform that enables “try before you buy” experiences across Vanta
- 10Contribute to building components and APIs that make it more efficient for Vanta users to complete GRC and Trust management tasks
- 11Deliver experiences that reduce sales friction, automate inbound customer security assessments, and foster durable, high-trust relationships
Требования
- 015+ years of full stack experience with an emphasis on backend skills
- 02Experience leading small teams of engineers to deliver impactful projects
- 03Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 04Experience building user-facing SaaS products over multiple years, ideally both for startups and enterprise users
- 05Experience building 0→1 products as well as solving tough engineering problems- especially in environments that prioritize bias for action
- 06Experience with TypeScript is a plus
- 07Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
