Обязанности

  • 01Manage a large portfolio of customers in AMER
  • 02Onboard and expand customer base through tailored Notion consultations, trainings, and assistant programs
  • 03Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact to assist with Notion adoption
  • 04Work cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of Notion
  • 05Serve as in-house product ambassador to up-level customers’ workflows and help them get the most return on investment from Notion
  • 06Identify and target strategic customers to engage with in order to drive up monthly active users and seat expansion
  • 07Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with Notion and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
  • 08Inform and influence overall growth strategy

Требования

  • 013+ years experience at a fast-growing software company
  • 02Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management role
  • 03Experience managing a large volume of accounts
  • 04Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team
  • 05Growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
  • 06Motivated by seeing others succeed and grow when partnering with them
  • 07Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry

Условия

  • 01In-person collaboration required: work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
  • 02Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits
  • 03Location-based compensation: estimated hourly rate for New York $40.77 - $50.77 per hour with $21,200 - $26,400 variable target (OTE $106,000 - $132,000 per year)
