- 01Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
- 02Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
- 03Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
- 04Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
- 05Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
- 06Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities

- 01Worked at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in customer-facing roles
- 02Can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
- 03Understand modern engineering orgs — the SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption
- 04Communicate comfortably with both developers and senior executives
- 05Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action
