11Identify and resolve roadblocks to meet deadlines and quality standards
12Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables
13Represent the engineering team in leadership meetings and advocate for technical needs
14Drive operational excellence through monitoring, logging, incident response, automation, and process improvement
15Promote test‑driven development and continuous integration to maintain code quality and system robustness

0110+ years of software engineering experience
025+ years in engineering management or leadership role
03Experience building and launching 0→1 ecosystem features, platform extensibility, developer tooling, or products for external technical audiences
04Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, agile environments
05Strong background in backend or frontend development
06Experience with React; Java is a plus
07Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
08Experience managing full software development lifecycle from design to production support
