- 013–5+ years growing social accounts, ideally in tech or startups
- 02Strong taste and intuition for internet and developer culture
- 03Clear track record of audience growth and engagement
- 04Comfortable shipping content daily
- 05Experience across formats including video, threads, and visuals
- 06Familiar with AI tools for content creation and automation
- 07Comfortable building or hacking together tools and workflows
- 08Strong writing and storytelling skills
- 09Uses data to guide decisions and experiments
