Senior Security Software Engineer, Linux Kernel Security - Nodes & Sensors

01Build kernel-level security detections for our AI platform, including eBPF-based sensors for Linux endpoints
02Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing security telemetry across our infrastructure
03Architect monitoring solutions for production systems that minimize performance impact on ML workloads
04Prototype new security tooling and analytics capabilities, including applications of Claude to detection and response workflows
05Partner with security and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable systems
06Contribute to the growth of the Security team through code reviews, mentorship, and hiring
07Participate in an on-call rotation

01Background in software engineering with a focus on security, infrastructure, Linux internals, and/or operating systems
02Ability to write maintainable and secure code in Rust and/or C/C++
03Strong understanding of operating system internals and OS security primitives
04Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD workflows
05Experience partnering with security teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
06Track record of leading technical projects with minimal guidance and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems
07Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
08Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
09Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

01Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
