Enterprise Account Executive, Federal Civilian Sales

- 01Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment
- 02Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements, including FAR/DFAR compliance, security standards, and agency-specific regulations
- 03Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across federal civilian agencies as a trusted AI advisor
- 04Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization initiatives
- 05Coordinate with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP) and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration
- 06Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams
- 07Create and maintain sales playbooks specific to federal civilian use cases and procurement processes
- 08Lead the growth of Anthropic’s federal civilian presence while staying hands‑on with key accounts
- 09Collaborate across GTM, product, and marketing teams to ensure coordinated delivery and proper documentation of customer engagements

- 017+ years of enterprise sales experience in the federal civilian space with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
- 02Deep understanding of federal civilian agency missions, challenges, and technology needs
- 03Experience navigating complex federal procurement processes and compliance requirements (FAR/DFAR)
- 04Strong record of exceeding revenue targets in the federal civilian market
- 05Extensive experience with federal contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms
- 06Excellent relationship‑building skills across technical teams and senior agency leadership
- 07Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including cloud providers and system integrators
- 08Strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution
- 09Passion for safe and ethical AI development and ability to articulate its importance in government contexts

Условия
- 01Annual OTE compensation range: $360,000 – $435,000 USD (base salary plus commissions/bonuses)
- 02Hybrid work policy: minimum 25% of time in office, with possible additional on‑site requirements
