Staff Research Engineer (LLM Pre-Training)

- 01Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications
- 02Train LLMs from scratch on a large GPU cluster
- 03Collect and process pre-training and fine-tuning datasets
- 04Support and improve existing subsystems
Требования
- 01Experience in design, deployment, and support of production ML systems
- 02A strong theoretical background in NLP and transformer-based approaches
- 03Proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and common libraries for NLP
- 04Experience in distributed training of multi-billion parameter models
- 05Attention to detail in everything you do and great communication skills
