  • 01Localize and execute the ABM strategy: Translate our global 1:1 and 1:few ABM frameworks into programs tailored to the diverse Chinese enterprise landscape.
  • 02Build the ABM infrastructure: Identify and manage local B2B agencies and curate a MarTech stack that functions effectively within the constraints of the Chinese digital ecosystem.
  • 03Lead a regional team: Manage, mentor, and empower a lean team of 2–3 regional marketers, transforming them into a high-performance unit focused on account penetration and sales alignment.
  • 04Own revenue impact: Define and track marketing-influenced revenue and MROI, providing the global team with deep-dive insights into what makes the Chinese B2B buyer tick.
  • 05Pilot and scale: Design and run local campaign pilots, documenting successful approaches so they can be scaled across other global markets.
  • 06Act as a strategic liaison: Serve as the face of marketing to our local sales leadership and as the voice of Greater China to our Global B2B Lead, representing JetBrains as a senior spokesperson at industry events and executive briefings.

Требования

  • 01At least eight years of marketing experience with an emphasis on enterprise B2B.
  • 02Proven ABM track record: demonstrated success running 1:1 and 1:few programs that expanded contract values or resulted in high-value renewals.
  • 03Fluency in the Chinese tech market: understanding of the local developer ecosystem, the role of WeChat in B2B, and ability to navigate specific procurement and decision‑making cycles of Chinese enterprises.
  • 04A data‑driven mindset with solid experience working with CRM and attribution tools.
  • 05Leadership and presence: ability to command a room in strategy sessions with the Global Lead or as a keynote speaker at developer conferences.
  • 06Native Mandarin and professional business English language skills.
  • 07Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) or developer tooling space.
  • 08Background in scaling marketing operations from manual processes to automated and system‑driven execution.
  • 09Experience working in a global, decentralized organization that requires balancing local autonomy with global brand standards.
