Procurement Contract Manager

- 01Own and drive the end-to-end contract management process for procurement-related agreements
- 02Review, draft, and negotiate supplier agreements, including vendor contracts and service agreements
- 03Assess incoming contracts and define review and negotiation strategy based on risk and business needs
- 04Act as project manager for contract negotiations, coordinating internal stakeholders
- 05Partner with Procurement and business stakeholders to align contracts with operational and strategic objectives
- 06Identify contractual and operational risks and prepare structured risk assessments
- 07Drive internal reviews with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance and ensure policy alignment
- 08Manage contract execution processes, including e‑signature workflows and quality control
- 09Ensure post‑signature governance by archiving agreements, tracking obligations and documenting non‑standard terms
Требования
- 01Degree in Law, Business Administration or related field
- 025+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation
- 03Strong experience in commercial contract review and negotiation for supplier/vendor agreements
- 04Practical understanding of risk assessment and ability to communicate complex issues
- 05Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross‑functional processes
- 06Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 07Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle parallel negotiations
- 08Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or ticketing systems is an advantage
