Engagement Manager

  • 01Assure customer success by driving customer satisfaction throughout the customer success & services life-cycle
  • 02Orchestrate engagements from positioning and preparation to delivery and follow-up of professional services and training
  • 03Partner closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Support and Product Teams on campaigns, programs, and content
  • 04Collaborate with sales early in the process to understand customer needs and ensure expectations are exceeded
  • 05Identify opportunities for new services by understanding potential new use cases
  • 06Perform as the Engagement Manager with accountability for meeting/exceeding Professional Services and Training bookings and revenue targets
  • 07Consult with clients to understand and analyze engagement scope, requirements, time, cost and benefits
  • 08Responsible for estimating, scoping and developing statement of work documents
  • 09Drive resolution of delivery challenges, address resource contentions, scoping issues and manage expectations

Требования

  • 01Strong fundamental knowledge around end-to-end data systems Implementation from technology, operations, and security/governance lenses
  • 02Production-level implementation experience as an engineer or project manager is preferred
  • 03Proven experience in selling services offerings at implementation, advisory, education, and change management capacity
  • 04Senior customer-facing roles requiring a mix of influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding and execution to business and technology audiences
  • 05Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • 06Experience owning projects/programs in agile scrum/kanban and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • 07Strong problem solving skill about customer’s pain points by using modern technologies, particularly AI agents
  • 08Excellence in presentation skills, providing proposals that enforce good project governance and drive scalable delivery practices
  • 09High-level orchestration skills to align both internal and external stakeholders when proposing large initiatives
  • 10Strong service delivery and program management skills with ability to synthesize customer success outcomes into well-structured program plans
  • 11Prior experience in project/program proposal to customers at Consulting, SI, Software/Cloud Vendor is highly preferred
  • 12Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related educational background
  • 13Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
  • 14Excellent written communication skills in English
