  • 02Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • 03Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest Users
  • 04Proven program management skills and experience
  • 05Strong critical thinking skills
  • 06Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
  • 07Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • 08Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • 09Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the User side
  • 10Experience in working with or in complex Enterprise organizational and decision making structures
  • 11An ability to work collaboratively with and influence Stripe’s Product
