- 02Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
- 03Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest Users
- 04Proven program management skills and experience
- 05Strong critical thinking skills
- 06Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
- 07Superior verbal and written communication skills
- 08Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- 09Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the User side
- 10Experience in working with or in complex Enterprise organizational and decision making structures
- 11An ability to work collaboratively with and influence Stripe’s Product
