01Ideate, design, and produce world-class design solutions for presentations, posters, art, branding, and signage
02Steward designers through large-scale design projects, providing art direction and ongoing guidance on creative strategy, execution, and localization
03Work across a wide variety of mediums to create immersive storytelling and creative content that brings Stripe’s brand and product stories to life
04Bring design concepts to life through storyboarding, comps, and creative presentations, iterating on creative based on stakeholder feedback and internal testing
05Collaborate with copywriters, static and motion designers, marketers, and ad operations to create interesting, visionary concepts that engage a global audience
06Mentor designers in design best practices and ideation, fostering an environment where everyone learns and grows
07Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team and with stakeholders
08Proactive in identifying and implementing process optimization initiatives through automation and AI integration to enhance design quality and efficiency

016 to 10 years of relevant design and art direction experience, specifically for technical and product-driven companies
02Strong track record of independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers and internal teams
03Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (for both motion and statics)
04Ability to manage a team of 3-4 Creative designers
05Ability to express and communicate a brand through distinct graphics, patterns, motion, interaction, and experiences
06A hands-on maker with the skills to effectively communicate concepts, direction, and decisions to the team and external partners
07Ability to find a meaningful balance between optimizing for speed and quality, while consistently delivering challenging, interesting, and pixel-perfect work
08Persuasive and humble in explaining work, process, and decisions, with a craving for feedback to help design at your best
09Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings in India, to facilitate real-time collaboration with global stakeholders
10Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel
