- 01Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery
- 02Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences between fiat and stablecoin rails
- 03Build workflows for businesses to launch coins, manage reserve ratios, and track liquidity
- 04Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to shape roadmap and goals
- 05Leverage insights from UXR team to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- 06Partner with content design to craft compelling information architecture
- 07Deliver workshops, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, final comps and specs
- 08Work closely with other product designers to drive holistic solutions
- 09Participate in design reviews and share work with design and company leadership
Требования
- 016+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- 02Experience working with and leading changes to an established design system
- 03Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development
- 04Autonomous work on large‑scale initiatives such as system unification or high‑visibility features
- 05Strong cross‑functional collaboration, co‑leading with product and engineering
- 06Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills
- 07Ability to manage multiple projects with different paces
- 08Use of prototypes, journey maps, and UX flows to articulate progress and decisions
- 09Ability to manage and prioritize time
