Обязанности
- 01Partner with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare solutions
- 02Define scope and success criteria for Proof of Concepts and Technical Validations
- 03Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations showing how Cloudflare solves performance, security, and reliability challenges
- 04Address technical objections and security compliance questions during the sales cycle
- 05Design migration and onboarding blueprints for customer environments
- 06Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to ensure rapid time-to-value and reduce deployment risk
- 07Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth
- 08Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives
- 09Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- 10Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and documentation
- 11Partner with Enablement Team to design and govern technical resources and SOPs
Требования
- 01Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineer
