• 01Define, lead, and contribute to the development of data-intensive enhancements
• 02Research the latest features, data structures, and algorithms in the industry
• 03Work directly with partners and product teams to understand their needs and build strategic vision
• 04Build and drive an innovative roadmap for ES|QL and the compute engine
• 05Improve Elasticsearch areas based on expertise and instincts
• 06Collaborate with user experience teams and other API teams

Требования

• 01Experience leading technical projects in data and enterprise architecture areas
• 02Proven knowledge in building and running sophisticated technical infrastructures
• 03Experience mentoring expert engineers
• 04Experience defining long-term technical vision for data-intensive applications
• 05Hands-on experience with search and analytics APIs (Splunk SPL, Elasticsearch, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic)
• 06Strong skills in core Java and standard library of data structures and concurrency constructs
• 07Strong desire to optimize and use efficient data structures and algorithms
• 08Working with high level of autonomy from technical design to development
• 09Experience with data storage technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• 10Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 11Proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug systems, and optimize code
• 12Ability to collaborate across functions and teams
• 13Work autonomously and drive decisions in distributed teams
