Обязанности
- 01Manage and optimize the HighSpot LMS as the single source of truth for the global SE organization
- 02Design, implement, and govern the foundational data organization and folder structure
- 03Structure, tag, and deliver targeted content across three primary learning modalities
- 04Partner with internal IT and Data teams to implement AI best practices, automated tagging, and semantic search configurations
- 05Own the metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis for all LMS content
- 06Establish and execute a strict deprecation workflow to regularly remove outdated assets
- 07Implement and manage a structured field feedback mechanism
Требования
- 015+ years of combined experience in Technical Enablement, Content Management, or Content Architecture within enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking industries
- 02Strong technical foundation in cloud networking, enterprise IT infrastructure, and physical security platform architecture
- 03Direct, hands-on experience administering enterprise content management repositories or LMS platforms
- 04Proven track record collaborating with IT, data science, or engineering teams to leverage AI analytics, conversation intelligence, or semantic search optimization
- 05Demonstrated capability building data schemas, document classification frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and highly organized visual hierarchies
- 06Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to serve as the structured voice-of-the-field
