Обязанности
- 01Define technical success plans for each customer outlining optimal use of Elastic solutions
- 02Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption and drive consumption
- 03Understand and articulate Elastic value proposition and align with customer business goals
- 04Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions
- 05Liaise between customers and support to optimize resolution experience
- 06Collaborate with Service Team to deliver personalized, frictionless solutions
- 07Develop understanding of customer business needs and translate into technical requirements
- 08Find opportunities for expansion to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- 09Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization of Elastic solutions
- 10Continuously review customer consumption, suggesting upgrades and enhancements
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field highly preferred
- 02Validated experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
- 03Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
- 04Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 05Strong social skills with ability to establish relationships with customers and team members
- 06Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
- 07Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
