Обязанности
- 01Collaborate closely with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support
- 02Define the technical success plan for each customer outlining optimal use of Elastic solutions
- 03Ensure successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption
- 04Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions
- 05Liaise between customers and support to ensure optimized support resolution
- 06Collaborate with Service Team to deliver personalized frictionless solutions
- 07Develop comprehensive understanding of customer business needs and translate into technical requirements
- 08Find opportunities for expansion to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- 09Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization of Elastic solutions
- 10Continuously review and assess customer consumption of Elastic solutions
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 02Validated experience in similar role (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer)
- 03Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
- 04Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 05Strong social skills with ability to establish relationships with customers and team members
- 06Demonstrated problem-solving skills with track record of delivering innovative solutions
- 07Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
