Обязанности

01Build and lead a team of FTE and outsourced Sales Operations experts to improve our customer data
02Partner with GTM leadership to understand gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows
03Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to the mechanisms owned by the team
04Develop a data quality roadmap to address various customer data challenges
05Align on prioritization with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams
06Influence the implementation and enablement of systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
07Create an outsourcing strategy for always-on data cleanup
08Manage contractors as part of the outsourcing strategy to scale data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics
09Define and measure metrics for success
10Develop dashboards highlighting progress against the identified metrics
11Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and leverage their support to influence and unblock

01Has 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or operational experience in management consulting
02Is able to own the problem, investigate its root causes, and ensure execution
03Can work across multiple stakeholders and elevate issues to leadership
04Has an enthusiastic “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality and is willing to do IC work while leading
05Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
06Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
07Experience managing outsourced services
08Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
09Proficiency in BI visualization tools
10Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
11Prior experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry
