Обязанности
- 01Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
- 02Support the Sales Strategy and Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common process that is currently decentralized
- 03Provide a deep dive into key performance metrics and drive deep understanding of business performance
- 04Problem solve and provide structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight
- 05Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
- 06Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches, as well as in regular business and resource planning
- 07Run analysis on key performance metrics, and provide relevant insights for managing the business
- 08Oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools, and work closely with internal systems teams
- 09Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams
- 10Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders
Требования
- 01Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of related experience in Sales, Strategy, and Operations, of which at least five (5) years must be post-bachelor's progressive work experience
- 02In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management and Systems, or a related field, plus five (5) years of related work experience in Sales, Strategy, and Operations
- 03Must also have five (5) years of experience with each of the following: SQL and other advanced analytic tools to develop and run complex SQL queries and analyze large data sets
- 04BI visualization tools, including Tableau
- 05Working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders
- 06Must also have four (4) years of experience with the following: Using AI to improve productivity and reduce manual processes, and automated reporting dashboards
- 07Must also have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: Manage cross-functional stakeholders and managing expectations and timelines
- 08Working with and manipulating large data sets to deliver deep analyses and actionable insights
