Обязанности
- 01Build and manage a pipeline of capacity across the integrated compute ecosystem
- 02Maintain and own executive level relationships with commercial, finance, and legal counterparts at providers across all stages of maturity
- 03Lead the full deal lifecycle for capacity agreements, from initial engagement and relationship development through negotiation, structure, and close of transactions
- 04Bring capital markets and finance expertise to transactions, developing frameworks for evaluating deal economics, counterparty risk, and the financing components of compute infrastructure
- 05Partner with infrastructure and technical teams to translate compute requirements into commercial terms and long-term supply strategies across the provider ecosystem
- 06Develop and maintain deep market intelligence on the emerging cloud and integrated compute landscape, including provider positioning, pricing dynamics, commercial model evolution, and the competitive dynamics shaping capacity access
- 07Represent Anthropic externally with corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors involved in transactions
- 08Drive internal alignment on transaction terms, risk parameters, and strategic priorities for Anthropic's compute supply
Требования
- 01Background in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing, with direct experience in data center, cloud, or technology sector transactions
- 02Personal track record of originating, structuring, and closing cloud capacity, data center, or infrastructure transactions as the commercial, financing, or investing principal
- 03Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem, including fluency in how different types of providers price and contract, how capacity commitments are structured, and how the integrated compute market operates
- 04Working understanding of the financing and infrastructure requirements of compute infrastructure projects
- 05Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 06Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
