Обязанности
- 01Define and own our core People metrics
- 02Build scalable analytical products including canonical datasets, models, and self-service tools
- 03Serve as a trusted thought partner translating analyses into clear narratives
- 04Work closely with Engineers to improve Fivetran's own HRIS and ATS connectors
- 05Set a high bar for responsible People Analytics practices
- 06Turn people data into decisions by analyzing complex datasets
- 07Shape our analytics culture by mentoring other analysts
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related analytical role
- 02Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- 03Experience working across large, complex datasets
- 04Experience using Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar business intelligence tools
- 05Strong analytical judgment and track record of translating business questions into analyses
- 06Exceptional attention to detail and high bar for data quality
- 07Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- 08Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning analytical problems end-to-end
- 09Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to build trusted relationships
- 10Builder mindset creating frameworks and tools for future decisions
- 11Passion for using data to improve how organizations support their people
- 12Experience using analytics to support key business decisions
Условия
- 01Full-time, flexible hybrid position
- 02Based out of Oakland, CA or NYC, NY office
- 03Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and in-person collaboration
- 04No mandate on number of in-office days but encouraged to come in weekly
