Обязанности
- 01Develop vision and strategy for OpenTelemetry product domain
- 02Own product roadmap, collateral, and market research
- 03Collaborate with Grafana leadership on product goals
- 04Advocate and communicate product needs to external customers and internal stakeholders
- 05Define coherent experience for OpenTelemetry instrumentation and data sending to Grafana Cloud
- 06Reduce uncertainty and complexity in OpenTelemetry adoption
- 07Design instrumentation experiences for both humans and coding agents
- 08Own OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration
- 09Manage automatic instrumentation experiences including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection
- 10Handle client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding
- 11Provide guidance for choosing right instrumentation approach
- 12Create troubleshooting workflows for telemetry issues
- 13Develop validation signals for telemetry health and usability
- 14Ensure smooth transition from telemetry reception to observability solution activation
- 15Partner with Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, and other teams
- 16Use AI tools for customer-research synthesis and product analysis
Требования
- 01Experience as Product Manager in tech industry
- 02Technical proficiency in representing products to customers
- 03Strong and proactive communication skills for remote global teams
- 04Ability to work with Engineering, Design, and UX teams
- 05Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability technologies
- 06Understanding of SDKs, automatic instrumentation, and telemetry collectors
- 07Experience with AI tools for product development
- 08Ability to work in 100% remote environment
