Обязанности
- 01Develop vision and strategy for OpenTelemetry product domain
- 02Own product roadmap, collateral, and market research
- 03Collaborate with Grafana leadership on product goals
- 04Advocate and communicate needs to external customers and internal stakeholders
- 05Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM
- 06Own end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and sending OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud
- 07Reduce uncertainty, complexity, and failure points in OpenTelemetry adoption
- 08Define coherent experience for users choosing instrumentation approaches
- 09Design future where coding agents perform instrumentation work
- 10Ensure instrumentation options are structured, discoverable, and actionable
- 11Manage OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration
- 12Handle automatic instrumentation experiences including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection
- 13Manage client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding
- 14Handle collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity
- 15Provide guidance for choosing right instrumentation approach
- 16Create workflows for coding-agents to implement and verify instrumentation
- 17Troubleshoot missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry
- 18Ensure telemetry quality, context, and structure for observability outcomes
- 19Partner with Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability teams
- 20Use AI tools for customer-research synthesis and product analysis
Требования
- 01Experience in Product Management
- 02Technical proficiency in representing products to customers
- 03Strong and proactive communication skills
- 04Ability to work with globally distributed remote teams
- 05Experience with OpenTelemetry SDKs and instrumentation technologies
- 06Knowledge of automatic instrumentation technologies like Beyla and SDK injection
- 07Understanding of client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment
- 08Experience with telemetry validation and troubleshooting
- 09Familiarity with Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability
- 10Hands-on adoption of AI tools for product development
