Обязанности
- 01Develop vision and strategy for OpenTelemetry product domain
- 02Own product roadmap, collateral, and market research
- 03Collaborate with Grafana leadership on product goals
- 04Be primary advocate and expert for OpenTelemetry area
- 05Ensure free flow of information between Engineering, Design, UX and GTM teams
- 06Own end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and sending OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud
- 07Reduce uncertainty, complexity and failure points in OpenTelemetry adoption
- 08Define coherent experience for users to choose right approach and complete setup
- 09Design future where coding agents perform instrumentation work
- 10Include OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration
- 11Manage automatic instrumentation experiences including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection
- 12Handle client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding
- 13Manage collector configuration, authentication and initial connectivity
- 14Provide guidance for choosing right instrumentation approach
- 15Create workflows for coding-agents to implement and verify instrumentation
- 16Troubleshoot missing, incomplete or malformed telemetry
- 17Ensure telemetry quality and structure for meaningful observability outcomes
- 18Partner with Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring and Infrastructure Observability teams
- 19Use AI tools for customer-research synthesis and product analysis
- 20Model adoption of AI tools with strong judgement
Требования
- 01Product management experience at Staff level
- 02Technical proficiency to represent products to customers
- 03Strong and proactive communication skills
- 04Ability to work with 100% remote and globally distributed teams
- 05Experience with OpenTelemetry technologies
- 06Understanding of SDKs, automatic instrumentation and collectors
- 07Ability to work with AI tools for research and analysis
- 08Experience in horizontal product leadership spanning multiple teams
