Обязанности
- 01Develop vision and strategy for OpenTelemetry product domain
- 02Own product roadmap, collateral, and market research
- 03Collaborate with Grafana leadership on product goals
- 04Advocate and communicate product needs to external customers and internal stakeholders
- 05Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM
- 06Own end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and sending OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud
- 07Define coherent experience for users to choose instrumentation approach, complete setup, troubleshoot problems
- 08Design future where coding agents perform instrumentation work
- 09Partner with teams for Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability
- 10Use AI tools for customer-research synthesis, product signal analysis, workflow exploration
Требования
- 01Experience as Product Manager in tech environment
- 02Technical proficiency to represent products to customers
- 03Strong and proactive communication skills for remote global teams
- 04Ability to work in 100% remote distributed environment
- 05Experience with OpenTelemetry SDKs and instrumentation technologies
- 06Understanding of telemetry data and observability platforms
- 07Staff-level product leadership experience spanning multiple teams
