Обязанности

01Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to better understand customers and their most pressing needs
02Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers
03Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built the right way
04Drive execution from concept through launch, including defining success metrics and iterating based on results

01Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience
02At least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products; 7+ years preferred
03Superb product and business sense
04Excellent analytical and communication skills
05A strong sense of urgency and speed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
06High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
07Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
08Experience in fintech products is a plus, but not required

01Role based in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Washington, DC offices
02In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
