Обязанности
- 01Lead, grow, and support a team of software engineers working on Robinhood’s Credit Cards & Banking product area
- 02Set clear direction for the team across execution, technical design, and people development
- 03Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact customer experiences
- 04Drive the architecture, execution, and operational excellence needed to build reliable, scalable card and banking systems
- 05Guide engineering decisions across product surfaces, backend services, and platform dependencies
- 06Improve team health and effectiveness through strong planning, prioritization, feedback, and career development
- 07Hire exceptional engineers and raise the bar on talent, performance, and engineering craftsmanship
- 08Help the team move quickly while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and customer trust
Требования
- 018+ years of software engineering experience
- 02At least 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- 03Experience leading teams that build and ship customer-facing products at scale
- 04Strong technical judgment and the ability to partner closely on architecture, tradeoffs, and execution
- 05Experience working on complex distributed systems, backend services, or full-stack consumer products
- 06A track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
- 07Experience coaching and developing engineers through regular feedback, performance management, and career growth
- 08Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners
- 09A high bar for execution, product quality, and building strong teams
