- 01Manage global business lines
- 02Own end-to-end product experiences in new geos
- 03Work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and research to bring ideas to life
- 04Ship groundbreaking products into new regions
- 05Craft and communicate a product vision and shared set of priorities
- 06Drive the roadmap—extending what exists and defining what's next
- 07Develop strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and operations
- 08Partner with leaders in communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing
- 09Ensure parity of product lines across global markets
Требования
- 016+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts
- 02Past experience working on a global, consumer-facing product
- 03Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making
- 04Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams
- 05Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing in previous roles
- 06Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 07Passion for financial products that improve people's financial lives
- 08Motivation to be a self-starter
- 09Open to travel
- 10Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

- 09Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $217,000 — $255,000 USD, Zone 2 $191,000 — $224,000 USD, Zone 3 $170,000 — $199,000 USD
