Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst, EMEA

Обязанности
- 01Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 global benefits inquiries across all regions
- 02Assist in administration and support of benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC
- 03Coordinate leave-of-absence processes end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions
- 04Partner with Payroll and external brokers to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows
- 05Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends and propose process improvements
- 06Partner with Benefit Program Managers on open enrollment execution, new-country benefit launches, and drafting employee communications
- 07Track, process, and reconcile benefits-related invoices from vendors and brokers
- 08Develop, maintain and update internal benefits documentation, employee FAQs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- 09Coordinate vendor onboarding, administrative PO creation, and contract workflows with guidance from Finance and Legal
Требования
- 012–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR operations role, ideally within a global or multi-country environment
- 02Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements
- 03Excellent communication and service orientation, with a track record of delivering responsive, empathetic employee support
- 04Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), HR ticketing or case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or Workday Help), and benefits administration tools
- 05Experience or exposure to benefits vendor/broker management
- 06Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret benefits data and produce actionable insights
- 07Ability to manage day-to-day workflows independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate complex issues
- 08Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) for basic data analysis and invoice reconciliation
