Обязанности
- 01Own the valuation frameworks used across data and product partnerships, and develop new approaches as partnerships evolve
- 02Build the valuation models, partnership evaluation frameworks, and ROI analyses behind partnership initiatives
- 03Maintain a benchmark library of comparable transactions and historical pricing, and conduct industry and competitive research to inform strategic decision-making
- 04Serve as the internal expert on partnership spend, historical transactions, and forward planning
- 05Take the team's most complex challenges from ambiguity to clarity, and prepare the analyses and recommendations to address them
- 06Review inbound proposals and pricing from partners, and provide deal leads with a defensible analytical view
- 07Partner with deal leads to develop negotiation strategies grounded in data, and support partner managers in navigating novel partnership structures
- 08Design scalable systems and processes that enable the team to grow impact efficiently, leveraging Claude to build them
- 09Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track portfolio health, deal pipeline, spend, usage, and key success metrics
- 10Optimize the partnership lifecycle: sourcing, inbound tracking, contracts, cross-functional approvals, delivery, and feedback loops
- 11Serve as the liaison between Partnerships, Research, Product and Finance, and work closely with xfn teams to address operational challenges

- 015+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or internal strategy and operations at a technology company
- 02Have exceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in financial modeling — you can build and maintain models from the ground up, and you enjoy the craft
- 03Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders (Research, Product, Partnerships, Finance, Legal)
- 04Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a workstream and drive it independently from question to decision
- 05The judgment and conviction to form an opinion and defend it, paired with the openness to update it as the data evolves
- 06Ramp quickly on unfamiliar subject matter — you can identify what drives value in a new domain before you're an expert in it
- 07Build processes and systems from 0 to 1, and leave behind frameworks others can run without you
- 08Reach for AI by default — when facing a repetitive analysis, your instinct is to build the tooling rather than grind through it
- 09Are excited about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
- 10Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 11Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 12Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

- 01The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
- 02Annual Salary: $205,000 — $240,000 USD
- 03Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
- 04Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
