• 01Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences
• 02Support the administration of Affirm's compliance training program by tracking completions, maintaining training records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing reports and audit-ready documentation
• 03Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage content updates, and ensure training materials remain accurate, current, and well-documented
• 04Support Shared Services governance programs by contributing to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence collection
• 05Maintain organized documentation, version control, and evidence in accordance with established governance standards and procedures
• 06Identify opportunities to improve training materials, documentation, and operational processes that enhance the efficiency and consistency of compliance programs

Требования

• 014+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs, preferably within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry
• 02Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training, including drafting content, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and managing documentation and version control
• 03Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory or policy requirements into clear, practical learning content
• 04Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage assigned work, follow established processes, and maintain accurate documentation and evidence
• 05Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and time zones while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• 06Familiarity with instructional design principles, multi-jurisdiction compliance training, or governance activities such as regulatory change management, risk assessments, or compliance issue management is a plus
